Accreditation

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

An application has been made to the The European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for CME accreditation for every Orsi course. By participating in an accredited CME activity, a physician can earn Continuing Medical Education or CME credits.

Proficiency-based Progression Learning Credits

For proficiency based progression courses, academic learning credits will be made available by the University of Ghent & University of Leuven.

Conference Vetting System (CVS)

The Conference Vetting System or CVS is an independently managed system which reviews the compliance of educational events with MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice and Mecomed Code of Business Practice to determine the appropriateness for companies which are members of MedTech Europe and Mecomed to provide financial support to medical education events.

Orsi Academy’s courses are CVS compliant.

NASCE accreditation

Orsi Academy is one of the 12 skills centers that acquired accreditation by NASCE (Network of Accredited Skills Centers in Europe), part of UEMS, as a multispecialty format.

Certification

Orsi Certificate

After completion of a course organized by Orsi Academy, participants receive an Orsi Academy certificate of attendance, endorsed by scientific society EAU and acknowledged by NASCE/UEMS.

Participants can find the certificate on their personal profile on our innovative surgery platform. Be sure to make a login and complete the general evaluation form at the end of the course. Once we received your feedback, the certificate will be uploaded to your profile shortly. The certificate can be retrieved by looking yourself up using the seach user tool.
